Bome to my Yaeltex Controller - only certain CCs will light up button

I’m not sure if this is a settings issue inside BMT or my yaeltex midi controller. I am able to send a note on via CC 26 or CC27 to my midi controller’s button (assigned to CC 26 or CC 27) so that the button will light up. But I cannot get the MIDI controller button to light up if it’s assigned to other CCs. So far in my testing I can also use CC15 on Channel 4 not on Channel 1. I can get any button to light up as long as I use those CCs and a particular channel. I’ve used MIDI Monitor to spy on destination of controller and Bome MIDI Translator is translating whatever input into whatever CC I assign to the output but my Yaeltex controller will only light up if the button is assigned to (as far as I have tested) CC26, 27 (on channel 1) and CC15 (on channel 4)

This is really strange.

Any insight would be awesome!

Hello @ericgma!

Did you have more clues about this issue?

From this side it looks weird, I just configured a couple of buttons with Value to Color and Fixed modes and both seem to respond well to CC messages, to different Values.

I tested CCs 0 to 16, y channels 1 to 4 and all worked well.

Let me know if you have any more info that could help figure out where this may be coming from, but it looks as if BOME is doing some strange routing that you may be missing?

Also you can share your .ytx file and the BOME script so we can try and reproduce.

Cheers!
