Controller reboot when rotate an encoder

Hi everyone!
I am having a problem with a particular encoder.
When the encoder is turned in both clockwise and counterclock directions, the controller resets.
This behavior happens;

  • in all banks,
  • with/without the ableton open,
  • the encoder switch does not cause problems.
  • I tried loading the default configuration in kilowhat and changing the remote script to a default one.

Did this happen from the beggining or did it start happening from some particular point in time or event you can recall?
