Sorry for the late reply. Those 1106 WA look good. Are they the ones on the MODEL 4 and other gear? Watch out, as they seem to be for “D shaft” potentiometers. Our potentiometer knobs have a “knurled style” shaft.
Regarding the faders, I think both the cooler caps and chroma cap fader caps work. you can find more information in this other thread
