USB-C and general questions

Hey,

Any chance your device would support USB-C midi?
Also, is it class compliant? Do the settings save on the device?
What do I do when I face issues with the controller, I couldn’t find the support forum/mail
How do the faders look like, are they flat, curved or pointy at the end?
Same question for the rest of the components, the screenshots of the factory app doesn’t really provide much info.

Thanks!

Hello @elzurix.music!

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry for the delay in this answer.

All our controllers are class-compliant.

Currently you can use USB-C midi with a USB-C to USB-B cable.
Next year we’ll release some exciting news regarding this xD

Yes! Using Kilowhat you will be able to configure all about the controller, and these settings will be saved in the device. You can also save a desktop file with each different configuration you come up with and recall them with Kilowhat to switch between them as you please.

If you face any issues you can come to the forum and post it, you can contact us directly on the website chat widget or you can send us emails to contact (at) yaeltex.com

For reference you can scroll through our Instagram and you will see that we post many images and videos of all the components we offer with our design framework.

As an example here is a video about the 45 mm mini faders and another about the 100mm faders
