Firmware Manager ready but can not sent to device

Hallo,
Ich habe Ableton Live Upgedatet auf 12.3.7 und seit dem funktioniert der live15 Controller nicht mehr!
Das Firmware Update bekomme ich nicht zum Controller gesendet. Im Firmware Manager steht alles auf ready aber der Button zum senden bleibt blass.
Was kann ich tun?

Hi!

When you updated Ableton, the MIDI remote scripts folder probably reset to the default scripts.

Try reinstalling the script as Mateo showed you here:

Live15 initial setup

Hello, I bought a live15 on eBay last week. I plugged it in, and only the four shift buttons lit up and the crossfader’s zero position are lit blue. The device doesn’t display anything else! I’ve tried several things to get it working, but to no avail. What can I do, or is the device defective? Please help. Thanks in advance. Regards, Jo

You don’t need to upgrade the firmware for this, but if you have an old firmware and you want to update, you have to make sure that no other software is getting hold of the USB port, and that the Firmware manager gets to reboot the controller to its “KilomuxBOOT” state, load the firmware file, and then send it to the controller.

Let me know if reinstalling the script works!
